Run the configuration scripts required for your installation, so that the configuration tasks that must be done as the server Superuser (root) or Administrator user can be completed.
Each script is listed with the full path to the script. Open a terminal session separate from the one that you are using for the installation, log in as the Superuser or Administrator user, and run the scripts as prompted.
